Cut Sheet Forms include items
like laser checks, deposit slip, letter
head, note pads or multiple part
forms that are glued together.

Snap Out Forms include items like Invoices,
BOL's, multiple part forms that are glued together
in the stub only with a perforation so you can
remove just one of the pages and keep the rest
intact. These forms are sometimes numbered and
can be made with carbon between the pages or
with carbon less imaging paper.

Continuous Forms include items
like Invoices, BOL's, and multiple part
forms that run through a continuous
feed printer. There are many different
ways to produce these forms but the
basics are listed on our quotes form.
