Snap Out Forms include items like Invoices, BOL's, multiple part forms that
are glued together in the stub only with a perforation so you can remove just one
of the pages and keep the rest intact. These forms are sometimes numbered and
can be made with carbon between the pages or with carbonless imaging paper.
